It was a fun afternoon for dog lovers and supporters August 3rd, 2008 as the first Beauty and the Beast fundraiser organized by Spa Md took place.

Among the mix, some very loving, tail wagging dogs with their owners. Dog treats, a doggy fashion show, champagne for the pet people, music by Jen Knight, and some delicious bone shaped pizzas by Extreme Pizza made it one fun day.

Great too were some of the silent auction prizes. Spa treatments naturally, fabulous dog bed and goodies from Muttropolis, luxe leopard robes, and so much more....

The Social Diary happily was the winning bid for dinner at George's at the Cove.

All monies go to the Greyhound Connection and the San Diego Humane Society for its rescue and adoption programs.
