Adios....

20 Pounds Gone,

How I did it!

HOME

Discipline: When I decided to get back to 'me' I did it by discipline. Positively easy once I made up my mind to do it.

Secret Weapons: A balance of exercise, healthy foods, and simplifying life.

Exercise: I found my passion back in surfing and stand up paddle boarding.

Eating: Never eat until you are full, period. Only eat foods that make you feel great for more than the immediate present.

Simplifying Life:

My Tips for Easy Food Fixings: Grilled Salmon Salad from the Museum Cafe.... take out makes a great dinner too! Anything lo-cal from Nasia Ampelas of Eclat Catering. She delivers promptly and her dishes have calorie counts. Love the eggplant parmigiana and her new chicken dish with everything vegetable! For breakfast eggs with quinoa and spinach / mushrooms at Papalulu's in the Shores.

Stress: Get rid of it. As much as you can control, get rid of it.

Endermologie is a fabulous de-stressor and toxin releaser. I go to Body Sculpt by Sarah.

Outlook: Be positive. Life is too short. Enjoy what you can, relish in all of your blessings.

Thank you for looking.... and thank you to Katerina and Darwin Deason for re-connecting me to the word 'discipline!'
